Session Selection - Pick 1

Each session includes 1 hour 15 minutes of On-Ice time, a light meal, and a 45 minute discussion.

Wednesday 6-8:30 pm

Team Affiliation and Age Group

Please be sure to enter the correct information below. Girls will be split up based on team and age group for the on ice session. I.e Your daughter signs up for Wednesday nights session with the Warriors. We will make certain your daughter is with her team for the on ice portion. I.e Your daughter does not sign up with a team. She will be placed with girls in her age group.

Allergies/Things To Be Made Aware Of

Dinner will be Pizza. If your daughter has a gluten allergy, we will be more than happy to make accommodations. Girls are also welcome to bring their own meal for after their On-Ice session.

Once your registration is confirmed and we will send an email confirmation.

All attendees’s parents will be required to sign a standard rink liability waiver with the girl’s US Hockey number before they can participate. A waiver is posted on the ‘Waiver and Campus Map’ page. We ask that this is emailed to info@girlsoniceusa.com , or brought to the first session. GIRLS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT THE FORM SIGNED.
